In this photo we can see a girl reading with her mother. It makes me remember when I was a child. I never shared this kind of things with mine. It would have been nice. Of course, new devices hadn't been used at that time. I always read paper books. I love to smell the pages of a recently bought new book. I think it's more genuine. I usually read books in Spanish, unless the one I intend to read hasn't been translated to Spanish yet. I don't know why, but I always choose the mystery ones. They keep me awake! (I often read at night when all around is quiet)

I chose this photo because I use to read a book twice a week to my students. I try to read it loud and dramatize the different personalities of the characters. My intention is to improve their reading encouragement. They laugh a lot. They say that it's easier for them to imagine all the situations described in the book. All books we read in class are written in Spanish, except two or three pupils, who ask me for some books to read in English at home.
